Walking the Isle of Wight for the Weald Family Hub

Two local adventurers recently walked the whole of the way around the Isle of Wight to raise funds for the Weald Family Hub. Annmarie and her sister-in-law Louise walked 75 miles over the course of four days completing the Isle of Wight costal path. Taking in beautiful views and stunning landscapes along the way they raised over £1,000 in sponsorship which is amazing.

Annmarie’s children attend one of the partner schools that receive counselling support in the Weald. Annmarie said:

“This kind of mental health support wasn’t available when we were young, we’re so lucky that children in our school can benefit from it and I’m delighted to raise funds for the Weald Family Hub ensuring even more children can access support when they need it most”.
